The Fulton Co Jail is a detention center located at 2010 S 7th St Hickman, KY which is operated locally by the Fulton County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are here for less than two years. Fulton County accepts inmates from surrounding towns, Hickman Police Department, and the US Marshal's Service.

New detainees arrive at the jail regularly, with some being released on bail, placed under pretrial services caseloads, supervised by probation agencies, or released on recognizance with a court appearance agreement. Visiting Rules

The following rules are effective immediately regarding the new video visitation system.
All visits are conducted through the use of video software and equipment.
All visits must be scheduled at the jail or at inmatesales.com.
All visits are twenty-five (25) minutes in length.

  • ON-SITE visits—video visits here at the jail (front lobby to inmate in cell)
    • Each inmate is allowed two (2) free on-site visits each week.
    • ON-SITE visiting hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
    • No food or drink are allowed in the ON-SITE visitation booth.
    • No cell phones or cameras are allowed in the ON-SITE visitation booth.
    • There is a limit of 3 visitors in the ON-SITE visitation booth.
    • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult before entering the ON-SITE visitation booth.
    • All Court Orders (No Contact Orders, Restraining Orders, and Protection Orders) shall be enforced during visitation(ON-SITE visits as well as REMOTE visits).
    • Visitors must show proper ID and sign in for the ON-SITE visits.
    • Conversations/Visits may be recorded.
    • Any inappropriate, indecent or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.
    • Visitations/Visitors can be denied due to rules violations and/or security issues.

  • REMOTE visits—video visits from visitor in remote location to inmate in his/her cell
    • Each inmate is allowed unlimited remote visits each week.
    • REMOTE visiting hours are from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm.
    • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult before participating in a REMOTE visitation.
    • All Court Orders (No Contact Orders, Restraining Orders, and Protection Orders) shall be enforced during visitation (ON-SITE visits as well as REMOTE visits).
    • Visitors must show proper ID and sign in for the REMOTE visits.
    • Conversations/Visits may be recorded.
    • Any inappropriate, indecent or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.
