VISITATION RESTRICTIONS
- Inmates are limited to one 30-minute visit per week.
- Inmates with Trustee status may receive one 60-minute visit per week.
- Effective the week of June 29th contact professional and family visitation will resume with the following safeguards:

- All visitors shall have their temperature checked by the deputy assigned to visitation before being granted access to the facility for their scheduled visit (over 100.4 shall not be allowed access)
- Visits shall be scheduled so booths are alternated in an occupied/unoccupied pattern
- While the visitation scheduling system will deal with appointment restrictions, visitors shall be informed of this by the visitation officer. Enforcement shall be handled by the assigned floor control/visiting security deputy

Registration - Visitors must now register for and schedule inmate visitations online.
To create an account, go to https://dupagecountyil.gtlvisitme.com. Visitors must register for an account before scheduling visits. Be sure to provide a valid email address where you can receive emails since visitation confirmations, password recovery and other account functions are done using the email you provide. Be sure to carefully note your login details for future use.
After you are registered, log in to the email account that you provided and click on the account verification emails you received. If you do not receive an email, check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not see an email from the system, call 630-407-2284 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. & 4:00 p.m.
Finally, login using the temporary password provided in the email. You will be prompted to change your password. Be sure to pick a password that you can remember, or note it in a secure location.
Visitation Procedures - A visit may be denied if the visit may jeopardize the safety and security of the facility or the visitors. During an emergency or disturbance, we may ask that all visitors leave the facility immediately.
All visitors must walk through a metal detector. No matter what the provocation, visitors may not be manually searched unless they volunteer. If there is a reasonable belief that the visitor possesses contraband and does not volunteer to be searched, the visit shall be denied.
Inmates and visitors must conduct themselves in a quiet and orderly manner at all times. Profanity, and loud or boisterous talking is not permitted at any time.
Scheduling a Visit | REQUIREMENTS - This site requires pre-registration, you can register for an in-person visit at the facility. You must provide the facility with a valid email address where you can receive email. If you do not have an email address, many email providers offer free email accounts. All visits must be scheduled at least 1 day in advance, but not more than 10 days in advance. There are a maximum of 4 visitors permitted per visit, including minors. All visitors, ages 17 years and above, are required to present photo identification to visit an inmate. All persons under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors also need to be registered under the Parent's account and added to the visit if they are expecting to visit. Only the following forms of valid photo identification shall be accepted: State Driver's License, United States Military Identification, Passport or United States Passport ID Card, and State Identification
To schedule an inmate visit, log in with the email address that you used for registration and the new password you created. Click "Visitation" in the main menu, add any additional visitors that will attend the visit, and select the inmate you would like to visit.
Next, enter your preferred date, time, and location and click "Search". Click "Select" next to the desired visitation time. NOTE: all visits are listed in the time zone of the facility that you are visiting.
On the next page, you can review the selections and make changes. At the bottom of the page, indicate that you have reviewed the policies. Verify all the information on the page, and click "Confirm."
