All youth at the center participate in LAMOD (the Louisiana Model for Secure Care), which is a cornerstone of the juvenile justice reform movement. Developed by OJJ in collaboration with the Missouri Youth Services Institute (MYSI) and the Casey Strategic Consulting Group (CSCG), LAMOD is uniquely designed to address Louisiana's specific environment, dynamics, and requirements. It fosters a therapeutic environment where youth and staff engage in small group interactions, involve families, and cultivate positive peer culture. The overarching aim of LAMOD is to prepare youth for successful re-entry into the community as productive members of society.

Additionally, the center offers a variety of other treatment services and programs, including but not limited to Thinking for a Change, Anger Management - Cage Your Rage, Victim Awareness Program, Substance Abuse Treatment, Healthy Masculinity, Pre-Release Preparation, Parenting, Juvenile Understanding and Managing Problematic Behavior Program (JUMP), Sexual Treatment Units, and FAST Track.

These services and programs are integral to the center's mission of providing comprehensive support and guidance to youth, helping them address underlying issues, develop essential skills, and make positive changes in their lives. Through a combination of evidence-based practices and tailored interventions, Bridge City Center for Youth - Jefferson Parish strives to promote the rehabilitation and successful reintegration of youth into society.
