In-house sanctions, like pass removal and room restriction, are imposed for non-compliance, while external sanctions may involve returning to court or program termination.

Additionally, it serves as an emergency population release valve for the Jail. Visits will only take place on Saturdays and Sundays. The Sheriff's Office will post the visiting times and lengths in each of the living units and in the Transition Center lobby.
General visitors should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled visiting session. The doors will open at approximately 10 minutes before the session for check-in. The doors will be locked 10 minutes after the scheduled visiting session starts and further entry will not be allowed after this time. Visitors who arrive more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled visit time will not be allowed entry and their visit for the week will be cancelled. If the visitor leaves the visiting/lobby area after general visiting has started, the visit will be terminated. The visitor will have the opportunity to return on the next scheduled visiting time and day.
