MRDCC is for State Prison offenders sentenced anywhere from one year to life by the State Court in the county where the charges were filed

Located at 550 E Madison St in Baltimore, MD, MRDCC carefully assigns inmates based on their custody level, considering factors like criminal history. MRDCC offers diverse educational and vocational programs aimed at equipping offenders for successful reintegration into society and reducing recidivism. Through these initiatives, inmates gain skills and confidence, fostering personal growth and resilience.

The MRDCC situated in Baltimore County, serves as an intake and classification facility accommodating all custody levels. With a capacity of 670 inmates, it primarily houses parole violators and individuals assigned to administrative or disciplinary segregation. Additionally, the center handles the intake and classification processes for inmates from four counties.

Inmate Locator

MRDCC maintains a database of current inmates and their locations within the system. To locate an inmate, begin by using the DOC locator tool, which requires entering the first three letters of the inmate's first and last name, allowing for variations in spelling.

If unable to locate the desired information through free resources, users may opt to use the Arrest Record Search, which requires payment. While this option incurs a small fee, it provides access to the most up-to-date data available.

Friday 6B & 6C 5:00 pm-8:00 pm
Saturday 4A 9:00 am-11:00 am
Saturday 3A/ 3B /7C 1:00 pm-2:30 pm
Saturday 5B/ 3B 4:00 pm-6:00 pm
Sunday 5A / 5C 9:00 am-11:00 am
Sunday 4B / 4C / 3B 1:00 pm-2:30 pm
Sunday 6A / 7B / 3CM 4:00 pm-6:00 pm

Duration of regular visits: 1 hour
Duration of disciplinary segregation visits: 30 minutes

MRDCC Incarcerated Individual Visits
Effective June 7, 2019, all regular visits will last for one (1) hour.
Disciplinary segregation visits will last thirty (30) minutes.
