Located at 2020 E Maine Ave in Enid, OK, ECCC carefully assigns inmates based on their custody level, considering factors like criminal history. ECCC offers diverse educational and vocational programs aimed at equipping offenders for successful reintegration into society and reducing recidivism. Through these initiatives, inmates gain skills and confidence, fostering personal growth and resilience.

ECCC commenced operations in 1974 as a treatment center. This all-male facility boasts a capacity of 98 beds and occupies premises that were previously a motel. Comprising five large buildings along with two smaller storage/laundry structures, ECCC serves as a transitional facility for inmates on the path to reintegration into society.

As a pivotal stepping stone toward reentry, ECCC offers residents the opportunity to earn certification as welders. Additionally, inmates receive valuable assistance with job placement, equipping them with the necessary skills and support to secure employment upon release. Through these programs and services, ECCC strives to facilitate successful transitions and foster positive outcomes for individuals reintegrating into the community.

Inmate Locator

ECCC maintains a database of current inmates and their locations within the system. To locate an inmate, begin by using the DOC locator tool, which requires entering the first three letters of the inmate's first and last name, allowing for variations in spelling.

If unable to locate the desired information through free resources, users may opt to use the Arrest Record Search, which requires payment. While this option incurs a small fee, it provides access to the most up-to-date data available.

Visitation Information

Visitation hours vary by each facility. An inmate's security level dictates how many hours he or she may visit with approved visitors.

Important Note: All inmate visitors must submit a “Visitor Request Form.” You can download a copy here, or request one from the facility. Background checks will be completed on everyone 18 and older. The inmate will notify you when the process is complete. The approval process takes approximately 8 weeks once the Visitor Request Form has been returned to ECCC.
