Located in southwest Lawton, Lawton Community Corrections Center (LCCC) is an all-male facility that commenced operations in April 1973. As one of ODOC's community corrections centers, LCCC was established during a period marked by the agency's expansion of services aimed at preparing inmates for successful reintegration into society post-incarceration.

The primary objective behind the establishment of LCCC was to facilitate a gradual reentry process for inmates, extending seamlessly into their release or discharge from the facility. Central to this mission is the provision of comprehensive support services addressing key reintegration factors such as employment, housing, pro-social associations, and transportation needs. Through these initiatives, LCCC strives to equip individuals with the necessary tools and resources to navigate the challenges of reentry and transition to life beyond prison effectively.

If unable to locate the desired information through free resources, users may opt to use the Arrest Record Search, which requires payment. While this option incurs a small fee, it provides access to the most up-to-date data available.

Visitation Information

An inmate's security level dictates how many hours he or she may visit with approved visitors.

Important Note: All inmate visitors must submit a “Visitor Request Form." You can download a copy here, or request one from the facility. Background checks will be completed on everyone 18 or older. The inmate will notify you when the process is complete. The approval process takes approximately 8 weeks once the Visitor Request Form has been returned to LCCC.

Ask The Inmate

Ask a former inmate questions at no charge. The inmate answering has spent considerable time in the federal prison system, state and county jails, and in a prison that was run by the private prison entity CCA. Ask your question or browse previous questions in response to comments or further questions of members of the InmateAid community.
