Collaborating with the Canadian Sheriff's Department, the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, and sometimes the Federal Bureau of Prisons, comprehensive reentry services prioritize education, substance abuse treatment, and workforce development. Additionally, the facility offers a victim impact program to educate inmates about the consequences of their actions on their victims.

Educational opportunities abound at UCCCC, with inmates having access to adult basic education classes, GED preparation, and vocational training in fields such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring. These programs aim to equip offenders with valuable skills and qualifications essential for successful reintegration into the workforce upon release.

The re-entry program at UCCCC provides comprehensive resources and assistance to offenders to facilitate their successful transition back into society after discharge. By offering support in areas such as employment, housing, and social services, the facility strives to reduce recidivism rates and promote long-term positive outcomes for individuals returning to their communities.
