The Rio Grande Processing Center (ICE) - GEO is a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility located at 1001 San Rio Blvd in Laredo, TX in Webb County. You are also required to select the detainee's correct Country of Birth. (cannot search for records of persons under the age of 18).

Academic programming at GEO includes Smart Board technology, customized learning plans, vocational training, and a variety of academic courses such as English as a Second Language (ESL), literacy, GED, and Pre-GED.

Vocational programs offered by GEO provide career and technical education, workforce job opportunities, professional portfolio development, and partnerships with community employers. They cover a wide range of vocational licenses including custodial maintenance, barbering, horticulture, electrical, and culinary arts.

Faith-based services, substance abuse programs, and reentry services are also provided to support individuals nearing the end of their sentence in transitioning back into society. GEO's reentry services division offers temporary housing, employment assistance, rehabilitation, substance abuse counseling, and education programs to parolees and probationers.

Through its comprehensive range of programs and services, GEO aims to promote rehabilitation, reduce recidivism, and support successful reintegration into the community for individuals in its care.
