The South Fulton Municipal Regional Jail is a low/medium-security detention center located at 5060 Union St Union City, GA which is operated locally by the Fulton Regional Authority and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates have been here for less than five years. South Fulton Municipal Regional Jail accepts inmates from the Fulton County Sheriff's arrests and surrounding towns, Union City Police Department, and the US Marshal's Service.
