Western Region Detention Facility - GEO is a maximum security facility located in San Diego, CA, a high custody immigration facility covering San Diego and surrounding counties in California. The property has a reinforced perimeter with layers and rows of razor wire. Inmates are either housed in a cell on their own or with another inmate.
