Visitation Hours

Visiting hours for Calloway Co Jail are subject to change, so it's crucial to confirm them by contacting the facility directly by phone. Please reach out to 270-753-6150, on visitation procedures, applications, or directions to the facility in Murray. Please note that visitors will undergo a thorough search before entering the premises, and personal belongings, including cell phones, are strictly prohibited. Individuals under probation, parole, or community corrections supervision must obtain approval from both their supervising officer and the superintendent before visiting, although such visits are not typically approved.

General Visitation Information

VISITATION DAYS - WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY

  • MALES - 8 AM - 2:00 PM, Sign-in times will be 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, and 2 PM.
  • FEMALES - 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM, Sign-in times will be 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

ALL VISITS WILL BE 25 MINUTES IN DURATION. ALL VISITS WILL BE SCHEDULED AS FOLLOWS, CALL IN ON SUNDAY PRIOR FROM 8 AM TO 4 PM TO SIGN UP FOR THE WEDNESDAY VISIT AND THURSDAY PRIOR FROM 8 AM TO 4 PM FOR THE SATURDAY VISIT. 2 ADULTS AND UNLIMITED CHILDREN PER VISIT.

WORKHOUSE AND WORK RELEASE VISITATION

  • VISITATION DATE AND TIMES - EVERY SUNDAY - 8 AM - 2 PM
  • 45-MINUTE VISITS PER INMATE - THESE WILL NOT BE CONTACT VISITS. THEY WILL BE BEHIND THE GLASS. EACH INMATE WILL BE ALLOWED 2 VISITORS WITH UNLIMITED KIDS.
  • SCHEDULING - VISITORS MUST CALL ON SATURDAY STARTING AT 8 AM TILL 12 PM TO SCHEDULE A WORKHOUSE VISIT.
  • ALL SCHEDULED VISITS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE PER SCHEDULING.
