I have a prepaid phone thru virgin and live Daytona my girl in Quincy correctional do I need to get that local number discount calling thing because I don't have billing?

The local number will bring the call price down to $0.50 per call. The billing issue will not get in the way of this service, it'll just make the call price as cheap as it can possibly be.
