Can Inmate Families Get Financial Assistance in Oklahoma?

Are there any financial assistance services offered for family members of incarcerated inmates in Oklahoma my inmate is in Blaine county detention facility in watonga,ok.I live in Oklahoma City I can't work I have lupus and we share the cost of our rent with my mom who is on ssi but she can't pay the whole amount of our rent by herself BC then she can't her medications and she has diabetes bad that is hard to control and high blood pressure and a Num of med of medical conditions. Then to top it off she can't afford insurance on top of all the other and her car was in impounded a few days ago. So now we have no car,it's been 3 weeks since my husband got arrested we barely have good and no way now to go to food banks or anywhere. Much less pay all the rent here. Plz help. Again I'm in Oklahoma ty
