does my inmate qualify for early release due to PROP 57?
My family members relesese date is Jan 30,2017. I wil he know or how do i find out if he is going to get out earlier or if he at all qualifies for early release due to PROP 57 LAWS??

There is very little likelihood that Prop 57 will help.

There is very little likelihood that Prop 57 will help. There is not enough time for processing the petition to affect them as they are out in three weeks.
