Does my visitation application carry to the next prison if he gets transferred?

My boyfriend sent me a questionaire application to visit him but before I could get everything right he had transferred to tehachipi . CAN I STILL MAIL IN MY APPLICATION TO THE FACILITY HE IS IN NOW?

Getting approved at one facility does not automatically carry over to others unless they are in the same system (state or federal), then you would be approved across all locations.
