Does the mail come with a delivery confirmation notice?
Will it say that my inmate has received their email?

The mail is sent through the US Postal Service with first-class postage. There is no return receipt on the letter and the mail room staff of the facility does not notify the sender that they have actually handed out the mail. If your inmate does not receive the letter within a reasonable time frame, let us know and we will investigate the reason. The staff holds mail until they read it and deem it appropriate for distribution. Keep in mind that your loved one is locked up and subject to all of the rules, regulations, and possible group punishments that are inherent in this environment. We mail tens of thousand of letters with very few returns. BUT, if the letter is returned we do our very best to find out why. In most cases, the letters are missing an Inmate ID or have an incorrect location. If this is the reason, we will make the corrections and remail the letter at no charge to our member.
