Has oregon changed its laws on where an inmate can parole to? I just heard that oregon has changed its laws, so that once paroled you have to parole to the same place you fell from. Is this true?

Oregon's law regarding where a parolee may reside upon their release states they, "Remain in the State of Oregon until written permission to leave is granted by the Department of Corrections or a county community corrections agency. Extradition is waived if the person under supervision absconds from supervision and leaves the state." The entire text may be found on their website page - https://www.oregon.gov/boppps/pages/supervision.aspx
