what do you think the likely hood would be of an offender attempting to be released on parole to a home with an individual who caught the charge with him?

Thank you for your response. At this current time, he does not have an Attorney or any relative in Texas who are willing to list their address as a place to parole to. He thought that if maybe he would be able to provide a list of possible Residential Rentry Centers that have space for him, that the Parole Board will consider those options when he comes up for parole. So is the only way to be considered for these halfway houses are by referral of a counselor or case manager? Also, what do you think the likely hood would be of an offender attempting to be released on parole to a home with an individual who caught the charge with him? Just curious.

With all due respect, this sounds like it's going to be tough to get much leniency from the board with all of what appears to be stacked against him.
