Delivery timelines for online commissary orders vary depending on the service you used and the facility's commissary schedule. InmateAid is not affiliated with e-comm or most third-party commissary platforms, so we cannot speak to their specific processing times.

For the most accurate answer about your order, contact the commissary service you purchased through directly. They will be able to tell you when the order was processed and when it is expected to be available to your inmate.

A few general things worth knowing about commissary orders regardless of which service you use. Most facilities process commissary on a set schedule, typically once or twice a week per housing unit. An order that arrives at the facility between commissary days will not be distributed until the next scheduled commissary date for that unit. That is why an order placed today might not reach your inmate for several days even if the processing on the vendor's end is fast.

If the order seems to be taking longer than expected, checking with both the vendor and the facility's commissary department is the right approach.
