In person visitation
In person visits at RCCC are available Monday through Saturday and must be scheduled in advance. No more than three visitors including infants and children are permitted per visit. All visitors must present a valid government issued photo ID. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proof of relationship.
Important restrictions to know before you go. Anyone on parole from any state is not permitted to visit. Anyone released from RCCC or the Main Jail within the last 30 days cannot visit. Anyone with a prior felony conviction resulting in prison confinement requires prior approval from the jail commander. Co-defendants in pending cases will be denied visitation entirely.

Video visits typically cost between $10 and $20 for a 20 to 30 minute session and must be scheduled in advance through the provider's website.
