How you change address when transferred from jail to prison

My loved one was just transferred from jail to prison. How do I change his address to send him letter? Tx much!

You can login to your My Account dashboard, where you may click on Inmates I'm Following and change the facility where they were transferred. The system knows the address, and it will change along with the location.
