Husband given 60 months in FCI Satelite Camp
My husband is in FCI Satelite Camp at Beaumont, Tx. They gave him 60 months.I want to know if he is in there does that means that he will do the 60 months or he can get out before and long will he do?

In federal, he will do 85% of the 60 months or 51 months.

In federal, he will do 85% of the 60 months or 51 months. If he is qualified, they might offer him RDAP. This is a nine-month residential drug and alcohol program that reduces the sentence by 12 months (with an automatic six months of halfway house).
