I am an illegal immigrant, can I visit my husband with a state issued ID?

I am married to the inmate but I am an illegal immigrant at the time can I visit my husband with a state issue I'd witch is called Mexican Concel witch is located in the united states and also have my Mexican passport can I visit with both or either one, an inmate in the Texas facility's ??? Hope you'll can help me with my question ...

You should contact the consulate and ask this very question, we thing that you might noy have a problem with visitation. BUT, we are not 100% and if you are illegal, walking into a penal facility might be the wrong place for you to be altogether.
