I cant find my arrestee in Carbon County Utah, can you hlep?

my girl was arrested on 12/15/2015 on price utah she is an inmate of carbon county jail utah .i cannot find her records anywhere i want to know the charges or something to help her. o the Carbon County site, they said that the kines are off or something i dont have any access please help me. j
