Inmate Phone Calls

I Paid for InmateAid but Never Got My Phone Number. Help?

How do I get the number from inmateaid if I already paid for the monthly services for an inmate? I never received any other number

The number is there, it just may not be where you looked first.

The number is there, it just may not be where you looked first. Here are the two places to check.

The first is your MyAccount area on the InmateAid website. Log in and navigate to your account dashboard. The phone number assigned to your account is listed there and is accessible any time you need to reference it.

The second place is your email inbox. An automated email with your number was sent at the time of signup. If you do not see it in your main inbox, check your spam or junk folder. First time purchases from a new sender sometimes get filtered there before your email provider learns to trust the address. It is one of the more common reasons people think they never received something that was actually delivered.

If you have checked both places and still cannot locate the number, reach out to InmateAid directly at aid@inmateaid.com. The support team can pull up your account, confirm the number that was issued, and get it to you promptly. Have your account email address ready when you contact them so they can locate your record quickly.

Once you have the number, remember that your inmate will need to add it to their approved call list at the facility before they can dial it. That step has to happen on their end before the savings kick in.
