Is there a specific time frame that inmates have phone privileges during processing?
If the inmate has not been processed yet, is there a specific time frame that they have phone privileges?

When an inmate is in admission and processing there is a short period of time where they are not allowed phone calls or visitation.

When an inmate is in admission and processing there is a short period of time where they are not allowed phone calls or visitation. There is an orientation that must take place prior to the privileges being available. This is normally no more than a two week hold but it is normally less than that.
