Is there a way I can set up a phone account and commissary account for JBLM JRCF Ft Lewis, WA?

My son was transferred to the JBLM JRCF Ft Lewis, Washington facility last Friday and I have not heard from him yet. Is there a way I can set up a phone account and commissary account for him so he can call me and have access to anything he needs.
