Is there any way to keep track of any/all calls, mail, or money sent and received by the inmate?

Correctional facilities maintain internal logs of inmate calls, mail, and financial transactions but that information is strictly private. Outside parties including family members have no access to those records. The only activity you can track is what you initiate yourself.
