If there is an out-of-state warrant for a probation violation, there is no guideline for the length the violator may be held out of jurisdiction. Your husband would not be eligible for bail anyway so Wisconsin will wait for Mississippi for as long as they need to arrange a transfer. It could be a month or more in some instances. The distance between the two jurisdictions means that the trip will probably be uncomfortable - but they will ultimately do it.
