A friend of mine has 6 indictments the cops are lying and say the Vidio and Audio were lost so the judge is taking his word and it's all lies what can we do

Once the indictments are filed, you have to have faith in your legal representation. If there are problems with the investigation, like evidence being "lost", your legal team is going to have to make the judge/jury lean in his way. If you are using a public defender, you might remind them that you are also entitled to having an investigator at your disposal, too, and the state will pay for it just like the public defender.
