Yes you can use the prepaid cellphone with an InmateAid Discount Telephone number. Our numbers are land lines which are forwarded to you number. There is no problem using any type of phone with our service as you are giving your inmate OUR number to call and it rings on your line.

Yes, you may bring cash to a federal facility for deposit into your inmate trust account. We would recommend money orders though as it would have your name (and ID number "xxxxx-xxx") on the check and it won't get "lost".

No, normally there are no public juvenile incarceration records available. If a member of the site has created an InmateAid Inmate profile for a juvenile for their own benefit to utilize our service, and made it public, it is possible to review the information.

Yes, your inmate will get a Certificate of Completion. He can arrange for this to be copied and mailed to his attorney. If you want to try and expedite the process, call the facility and ask to speak with the C.O. in charge of education. They might send it to you directly.

Yes, they probably will but you might have to remain in solitary until you are no longer in need. This rule is different depending on where you will be doing your time
