Is it possible to do a wellness check on an inmate when you have not heard from them in a while

call the institution and start with the unit team secretary, then the counselor, and then the case manager. One of them will give you a status report on your inmate

When using inmate aid to send letters was I supposed to put my address or does it automatically do it?

No, the return address is that of InmateAid in Florida. Your name is at the top with the Company's address below. If you want to provide your address to the inmate, you can add it in your letter. Most people like the safety of not having their home address on an envelope in a prison or jail.

Do female guards get into relationships with the male inmates ??

It does happen from time to time, more than you'd think. You will see articles in the news where they expose female guards having sex with inmates. These guards quickly become inmates themselves in the end.
