If an inmate gets caught with a cell phone what happened.... Does it affect him when he goes in front of the board... And is it true if they tell you you have a five-year rehearing after 2 and 1/2 years you can try to go back in front of the board

all VERY bad if an inmate gets caught with a cell phone. Obama made it a federal crime now with a 5-year sentence added onto the original sentence (if they choose to prosecute, which is unlikely unless they prove it was used to further crimes on the outside)

"patience" is my advice. and, you have to be empathetic to their situation of what their mental state is, getting adjusted is not easy. give it some time, send a nice pic and a nice long letter again. be persistent and keep trying if it's what you want

write them and see what happens... if you do nothing, you'll always wonder and in turn, you'll never give the inmate a chance to prove you're right/wrong
