Visitation is Friday night, Saturday and Sunday (8am - 3pm) and Monday nights. They restrict weekend days to one visit depending on your inmate's ID number... they do Sat/Sun like odd/even to keep the visitation traffic under control. Fri/Mon nights there are no restrictions. So, you can visit three days per week if you are able to get there that often. We recommend calling first, COVID is back in the news so there might be cancelations.

You can call/write the prison and tell them you need a document notarized. They have procedures in place to help you get that document signed. If that fails, you can send the POA to the inmate via snail mail and wait for them to return it to you.

Yes, you can. Our Service makes the process easier and less time consuming. Some folks don't have the time to get around to sending mail to their inmate (especially if you don't have stamps or letter supplies). If you look at the cost of a stamp ($0.58), plus the printing on paper and envelope, you get 9 Letters for $9.00 through InmateAid... pretty sure if you add the time it takes to gather supplies, we have a darn good deal to...

the calls all have to go through a single provider that sets the rates. our service (and others like it) do not replace the main service, we use an algorithm to determine if another phone number different from yours will make the per-minute charge less for you or not. In most cases, a new number DOES save money. But, if it doesn't for any reason, we are happy to reverse the charges... so there is no risk in trying it...
