Just thought of a question?

Have a question?

Subject: Release questions
We recommend calling the facility and speak with the case manager, they have all of the accurate information
Subject: Inmate transfer
When the CO says "pack your stuff", you throw everything into a big plastic bin. You are allowed to take everything in your locker, including all of the commissary items you have bought.
Subject: Bail & bond questions
The bond for your inmate is probably going to remain at that amount because of the "failure to appear". The bond assures the Court that he will appear going forward. If he paid the bond as was released AND then failed to appear, he would lose the money and his freedom.
Subject: Send inmate mail
Yes and No. The Letter Package doesn't come with pictures, but you can buy the Picture Package for the same price and it allows you a letter with the photos you include
Subject: Relationship issues
It's actually easier when you know someone is waiting for you when you get out
Subject: Family services
it depends on the case current load in that jurisdiction. they will be thorough visiting the home, etc, which could take weeks at a minimum.
Subject: Inmate transfer
Transfers are done "in the dark" and the inmates cannot make calls until they are safely in their new location. This process takes no longer than a week to 10 days
Subject: Inmate phone calls
Not really, the phones are open from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm with a couple of hours blocked off in the middle of the day when the inmates are supposed to be at their work assignment
Subject: Release questions
Having a fight hours before his release, screams that he was asking to stay. Maybe initiate a call to the counselor to get some answers. When the staff feels he is calm and ready for re-entry, they should be in contact with you.
