My Boyfriend was on parole and he violated. He was told that he was recommended for 90 days ISf but they sent him to Tennessee colony (Beto). Does that mean he was sent back to prison to finish his time?

If he violated and only got 90 days, he's lucky. Violators usually have to serve their time in the jurisdiction they were sentenced.

You can call the mail room at the facility and ask them directly if your inmate is receiving the mail you sent

If a prisoner's daughter has a warrant could i still send him my new phone number and be able to speak to him? I haven't talked to my daddy since my grandma, "his mother" has passed away since June 2022??? Plz I need answers idk what else to do..

You shouldn't visit, but him calling you shouldn't raise any red flags

Why do they transfer an inmate to another facility, can an inmate get a major write up and go to the hole for not wanting to go back to his previous prison facilty?

Punishment for not following orders. Inmates are not free to object to much to the way they are handled by the 'system'.

How long does a inmate spend in RDC before they are in the system to be contacted?

Usually within the first week unless they are overbooked with new inmates, then the process is a little slower

How do we see about a furlough for my husband to visit his brother. He was just put on hospice and we don't now how long he will be with us.

Furloughs are only granted to inmates with a perfect record and relatively short time left remaining on their sentence. You can call the facility and ask to speak to your inmate's counselor or case manager to see if he qualifies.

How long does it take to receive photos and letters from this app

2-3 business days usually. if there is a holdup, it is in the facility mail room as they inspect every piece of mail before distributing them to the inmates
