it depends on the severity. most inmates have some form of mental illness or they would have made better choices. if the inmate exhibits an inability to co-exist with the other inmates because of it, they will move to isolate and protect them from any potential harm

Inmates can buy "picture tickets" at the commissary. They will take a picture in the visiting room and have it developed off-site. The inmate gets the color print in about a week.
