whats the most likely result charges will be dropped?

my husband is finishing a split sentence. from a probation violation.. he had 6 months but they gave him credit for 74 days so he will get out in 2 months with good time.. but he has another case out of some other city.. its a larceny under over a phone cord that he thought was his but he returned it when he found out it wasn't his. and a domestic.. the person said he grabbed her arm when she was trying to get the cord back and stuff and when the cops showed he left.. all they have is the report and the victim don't wanna go to court or have anything too do with it. he is worried that they will give him a high bail and or wont release him and transfer him once here is done and stuff and wont just dismiss it.. im hoping they realize no victim, hes already in being held and that they have really no proof.. whats the most likely result it will be dropped? or what do u think may happen?

The problem with this is "probation", and the judge who originally sentenced him is controlling the entire situation. Violations make the judge less lenient the second and third time around. Since we do not know the entire case, the facts and circumstances we cannot make a determination of what might happen. We wish you the best and good luck.
