Is there a chance of him being elligible for release/parole?

my boyfriend just got transfered to High Desert State Prison (Nevada) He was arrested for a domestic battery charge (2nd) he was sentenced to 6 months in the CCDC, but he also had a warrant for violating his probation.. The day of his trial, they revoked his probation.. The judge sentenced him to a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 32 months. He is going to receive 199 days of time served credit. How long is he really going to be doing? And is there a chance of him being eligible for release on Parole?

Violations of parole are not the best situation for early release. The judge that originally sentenced him and evidently offered some leniency is now not happy he did so. In his order it will state the terms of confinement. Parole would have to be an option in this order for it to be a possibility.
