This is a common point of confusion for new members and it is easier than it looks. InmateAid is not requiring you to change your password. The Account Details page simply displays a password field as part of the standard account setup layout. You do not need to do anything with it unless you actually want to change your password at some point in the future.
Once you have landed on the Account Details page, you are already in. That is all that step requires.
From there, look to the left side of the screen for the My Account dashboard. That is where everything lives. You will find the Discount Telephone Service, letter and photo sending, money transfer options, and all of the other tools InmateAid offers. The dashboard is your starting point for everything going forward.
