The day to day risk of being actively hunted down is low, but the warrant does not expire and it does not care where she lives.

Law enforcement agencies are not going to dispatch marshals across state lines to track down someone for failure to pay fines. The resources required for that kind of active pursuit are reserved for violent offenders and serious fugitives. An unpaid fine warrant, even one classified as a felony, is not going to trigger that response.

What does create real risk is any encounter with law enforcement for any reason. A routine traffic stop, a fender bender, a noise complaint at a party, anything that results in her name being run through a database will surface that Oklahoma warrant immediately. At that point the officer has a warrant in front of them and an obligation to act on it. She gets detained, Oklahoma gets notified, and then it becomes a question of whether Oklahoma wants to extradite her for this particular matter.

Extradition for a non-violent warrant involving unpaid fines is not guaranteed. States make cost-benefit calculations about whether it is worth the expense to bring someone back across state lines. Oklahoma may issue a no-extradition flag on the warrant, meaning they will not pay to bring her back but the warrant stays active. Or they may extradite depending on the total amount owed and what the underlying felony actually is.

On that point, the original answer raises a valid question. Failure to pay fines alone is rarely a standalone felony. There is almost certainly more to this situation, whether a missed court appearance, a violation of a payment agreement, or an underlying conviction with conditions attached. Knowing exactly what the warrant is for changes the risk calculation considerably.

The safest path is to address it proactively with an Oklahoma attorney before a traffic stop makes the decision for her.
