Will prison staff relay a message to my inmate?

How do they know u setup an account for them to use and then u provide them a local number that gets forwarded to my cell phone...also how long does it take before they will be able to call me

the numbers are provided within an hour and are working when you get them. as far as getting the number to your inmate, it might require a letter or a call to your long distance number. do not expect the prison personnel to relay a message to your inmate.
