Sentence reduction comes from good behavior time credit, residential drug program (federal) or cooperation with the government. If you are cooperating you can get the credit before or during your sentence - there is no prerequisite of time served.

The law guarantees a right to a speedy trial, but circumstances could exist that would delay things. There must be something that is holding this up, maybe there are other defendants involved or issues that your friend might not have told you about. Commissary prices are pretty close to the price of goods on the street. Inmates are restricted in their spending and county jails are usually $50-75/week. If you want to see a sample commissary list go to Federal Correctional Institution - Loretto Low and click on the commissary list for that facility in additional information.

You may log onto your account using your User email and password. In the left hand column click on Inmate Profiles. Then click on the Profile link. Scroll down to the bottom that says “ID Number” and make your change. When you are satisfied with your result, enter Save and you are done!

All letters and photos are delivered daily by US Mail. It will take one or two days but please be mindful that the prison staff will open every piece of mail for contraband. Therefore, the actual delivery date that it makes it to mail call depends solely on the prison staff.

InmateAid sends letters daily through USPS, you get notification in your member account the moment they are mailed. Inmates do not have access to the Internet and can only correspond through the mail with stamps they buy at the prison commissary

If you have researched the inmate's name in the Inmate Locator and there is no ID #, you may send the letter without the number. There are some facilities that do not have numbers for their inmates.
