The CCRCF is a low/medium-security detention center located at 130 Lancaster Cir Houston, MS which is operated locally by the Chickasaw Regional Authority and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates have been here for less than five years. CCRCF accepts inmates from the Chickasaw County Sheriff's arrests and surrounding towns, Houston Police Department, and the US Marshal's Service.

New detainees arrive at the jail regularly, with some being released on bail, placed under pretrial services caseloads, supervised by probation agencies, or released on recognizance with a court appearance agreement. Those who are not released await their court appearances at the jail, receiving accommodations including bedding and meals. You can see all the arrest records for Mississippi here.

The CCRCF serves as a detention center for pretrial male and female inmates awaiting arraignment and trial, alongside adult medium-custody males serving sentences and minimum-custody inmates engaged in daily work release programs within the community.

Inmates at CCRCF have access to various programs aimed at rehabilitation and skill development. These include substance abuse treatment, fatherhood programs, horticulture, and literacy classes. In addition, inmates can participate in computer and typing courses and pursue educational goals such as earning a GED and adult basic education while incarcerated. The facility also offers a bible college and discipleship program to support spiritual development.

CCRCF provides several inmate programs to facilitate successful reintegration into society upon release. These programs include long and short-term drug and alcohol rehabilitation, ABE/GED programs, literacy classes, and discipleship programs. Additionally, inmates have the opportunity to participate in typing and computer courses, as well as bible college classes. The facility also maintains an inmate library and horticulture program to further support inmate education and growth.
