The ICCF is a low/medium-security detention center located at 22746 MS-1 Mayersville, MS which is operated locally by the Issaquena Regional Authority and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates have been here for less than five years. ICCF accepts inmates from the Issaquena County Sheriff's arrests and surrounding towns, Mayersville Police Department, and the US Marshal's Service.

New detainees arrive at the jail regularly, with some being released on bail, placed under pretrial services caseloads, supervised by probation agencies, or released on recognizance with a court appearance agreement. ICCF, a regional detention facility in Mississippi, falls under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections and accommodates up to 250 male inmates in a low-security setting. The facility is dedicated to providing various programs aimed at facilitating inmate rehabilitation and preparing them for successful reintegration into society upon release.

At ICCF, inmates have access to the GED Academy, which offers them the opportunity to obtain their high school equivalency diploma. Additionally, the facility provides Alcohol & Drug Treatment programs to address substance abuse issues and support inmates in their journey toward recovery. Pre-release programs are also available to help inmates develop essential skills and access resources necessary for a smooth transition back into their communities.

Furthermore, ICCF offers Discipleship programs, which focus on spiritual growth and provide guidance to inmates seeking spiritual support. Additionally, Life Skills programs are designed to equip inmates with practical knowledge and skills essential for navigating daily life and making positive decisions.

Through these comprehensive programs, ICCF is committed to supporting inmates in their personal growth and rehabilitation journey, with the ultimate goal of empowering them to reintegrate into society as productive and responsible individuals.
