Visiting Format
All friend and family visits are by video. Visits can be done on-site at the facility or remotely from any device with internet access.
On-Site Visiting Times
Weekdays: 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. Weekends: 10:30 a.m. Government holidays: 10:30 a.m.
On-site visitation is located at Door I of the Sherburne County Government Center. On-site visits are free.
Walk-in visits are not allowed. All visits must be scheduled ahead of time.
Remote (Off-Site) Visits
Remote visits are by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through NCIC.com.
Each detainee is allowed five remote visits per day. Remote visits can be scheduled every day of the week from 8:30 a.m. to 8:50 p.m. (times may vary due to jail lockdown).

Who Can Visit
On-site visitors must show a valid government-issued photo ID: a driver's license, state-issued ID card, or military ID card.
Visitors are responsible for supervising children in the visiting area. Visits may be terminated if children disrupt other visits.

For in-person entry to the facility, every visitor is subject to a pat-down, bag inspection, and metal scan. Refusing a search means you will not be admitted. No firearms or weapons of any kind. Visitors cannot pass anything to detainees or carry items into the visitation area.
If you appear intoxicated, you will be turned away. Violation of visitation guidelines can result in suspension of your visiting privileges.

In-person attorney visits run Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
