The Rankin County MS Jail is a detention center located at 221 North Timber St Brandon, MS which is operated locally by the Rankin County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are here for less than two years. Rankin County accepts inmates from surrounding towns, Brandon Police Department, and the US Marshal's Service.

Central isolation, North isolation, and POD 202 visitation only allowed with approval of administration.

Every Inmate will be allowed Twenty Minutes for Visitation.
