While the Statewide Detention Admission Guidelines offer clear criteria for admission based on "Holdable Offenses," specific exclusions apply. These may encompass charges related to status offenses, instances of failure to appear at court hearings, runaway incidents, experiences of abuse or neglect, and age restrictions.
