Visiting hours for Coleman Center are subject to change, so it's crucial to confirm them by contacting the facility directly by phone. Please reach out to 215-203-1895, on visitation procedures, applications, or directions to the facility in Philadelphia. Please note that visitors will undergo a thorough search before entering the premises, and personal belongings, including cell phones, are strictly prohibited. Individuals under probation, parole, or community corrections supervision must obtain approval from both their supervising officer and the superintendent before visiting, although such visits are not typically approved.
VISITING SCHEDULE
* Tranquility (Parole Violators):
A - M: Saturday, 12:00 pm - 1:45 pm
N - Z: Saturday, 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm
* Harmony/Serenity (Work Release):
A - Z: Sunday: Sunday, 2:15 pm - 4:00 pm
* All Visitors are expected to arrive for registration 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the visitation period, for example arriving 11:30 am for 12:00 pm visit. Alphabet shown above pertains to the Last Name of the person you are visiting, for example, PV resident John Doe would be Saturday from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.

COLEMAN HALL Drop Off Days:
Wednesday (4pm-8pm) & Friday (4pm-8pm).
One Drop off per week.
Exception: Residents can have a drop-off within the first 72 hrs of their arrival (Often Referred to as an “Emergency Drop-Off”)
